You can probably tell by my insta stories, but I make this smoothie just about every second day. It is my solution to a banana free salted caramel smoothie – because to me bananas are gross……I can not stand them!
I often have this smoothie at about 2 or 3pm and always find filling keeping me satisfied till dinner!

Salted Caramel Smoothie
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2 medjool dates deseeded
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup almond milk or any other milk
- ½ cup cottage cheese optional
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
- 1 cup ice
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
