Salted Caramel Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2 medjool dates deseeded
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup almond milk or any other milk
  • ½ cup cottage cheese optional
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
