The Flu Fighter 


 Ingredients:

3 tbsp grated ginger

1tbsp grated turmeric

1/2 tsp black pepper

Juice of 2 lemons

2 tbsps raw honey

6 cups water


Method:

In a large saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to the boil then lower heat and allow to simmer for 20mins, then bring back to the boil. Strain the tea through a fine strainer and enjoy. It can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 days, but best drunk on the day to avoid oxidation.
