Ricotta and Turkey Meatballs

500g Turkey Mince

1 egg

150g Ricotta

1 carrot, grated

ยฝ cup bread crumbs

2 tsp dried basil

1 tsp cumin

salt and pepper to season

Method:

combine all ingredients in a bowl, and then roll into balls. Cook the meatballs on both sides in a fry pan until golden in colour (1-2min), and then transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15mins.
