SMOOTHIES!! I love them. Particularly this one as it packed full of veg and seriously tasty.

I used to think green smoothies were overrated. Like I get that they are full of veggies and that is great, BUT I am not about to drink/eat something that doesn’t any good – who has time for that?

But then I took some time to play around with it, add some extra tasty fruits (aka passionfruit) and now this is my absolute favourite!!

Green Smoothie

Greens smoothies can be boring, but not this one! Packed with tasty ingredients, you will barely even taste the greens!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • ¼ Lebanese cucumber
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 passionfruit
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1-2min until smooth
