Delicious (actually!!) Green Smoothie

Ok, I’ll say it. This is THE BEST Green Smoothie. Delicious and creamy without all of the ‘Green’ taste. Now you will never read the word DETOX on my blog – expect if its because I am telling you how bullsh*t it is. But when I am not feeling well, or just need a little boost I love to have a green smoothie. They also make the perfect quick breakfast – just add protein powder to keep you fuller for longer!

Delicious creamy green smoothie splashed all over the place, because…photography? I have been testing out some action photography lately! – isn’t it fun?

Green Smoothie

SERVES: 1
INGREDIENTS:
  • 3/4 cup frozen Mango

    1/2 Lebanese cucumber

    1/2 cup Rockmelon (or pineapple)

    1/2 cup Tap water

    1/2 cup baby spinach

  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

     

     

Prep TIME: 5mins
Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender and then blitz on high for 2mins!
